Research and development

EVERTON's research and development laboratory is constantly engaged in the development of new products starting from the needs of its customers, market demand, marketing research and assessments of new raw materials. Formulations are implemented and tested through trials involving functionality, effectiveness, stability and compatibility between contents and containers to ensure quality. EVERTON's laboratory also offers customers the chance to test their own formulations.

EVERTON produces the bulk products required for packaging spray products in-house, using specialist equipment and dedicated containers. Bulk products are developed in strict compliance with the recipes and operating procedures provided by the research and development laboratory.

Formulation and bulk implementation


EVERTON's packaging department has modern equipment for filling "traditional" and Bag-On-Valve system aerosols. The finished product is subjected to scrupulous weight, function and safety checks. EVERTON also ensures maximum assistance for packaging semi-finished products supplied by customers (after appropriate laboratory and filling line tests).

In order to ensure the quality, safety and efficacy of its products as well as customer satisfaction, EVERTON s.r.l. has obtained certification in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22716:2007 standards with reference to GMP requirements for the production of cosmetic products. EVERTON also operates in accordance with the HACCP system for the production of food products using aerosol cans and BOV systems. Strict control tests are performed throughout the production process, from acceptance of raw materials and components through to the finished product. EVERTON has its own in-house chemical and microbiological laboratory equipped with the most modern analytical instrumentation. Highly specialised technical staff interacts continuously with other corporate functions and customers to provide technical assistance and support.
