Traditional system

Bag on Valve Technology

Bag-On-Valve technology offers finer dispensing and superior protection of the formulation, ideal for skincare treatments, spray waters and products with sensitive active ingredients. It ensures more controlled application and better product preservation.

1. What types of spray cosmetic products can you produce?
We produce numerous spray cosmetic products: hair mousse, hairspray, dry shampoo, texturisers, spray waters and other formulations on request.
Thanks to our laboratory and dedicated filling lines, we are able to customise formulas, packaging and dispensers.
2. Can your cosmetic products be developed based on customer formulas?
Yes. We can work on formulas provided by the customer or develop new tailor-made formulas through our R&D department, always ensuring regulatory compliance and product stability.
3. What certifications do you have for the production of cosmetic products?
Everton’s cosmetic production follows cosmetic GMPs in accordance with UNI EN ISO 22716, which guarantee process control, product quality and compliance with European regulations.
4. Do you also offer regulatory support for market launch?
Yes. We assist customers in all regulatory phases: raw material evaluation, labelling, product safety, technical dossiers and compliance requirements for marketing in different markets.

Of course. Based on the formulation and desired user experience, we recommend the most suitable technology:
• Traditional system for mousses, lacquers, styling products and fast-dispensing products.
