The Povegliano Veronese site, covering an area of 20,000 m² (10,000 of which is covered), houses seven filling lines capable of meeting diverse requirements and high production volumes. R&D and product development

Everton has an in-house laboratory equipped for research and development of new formulations.

We support our customers at every stage: from the choice of raw materials to sensory and performance optimisation, right through to product validation through targeted testing.

Our technical team guarantees a rigorous, documented and quality-oriented approach.

Our R&D activities:

Formulation development: we create new recipes or optimise existing formulas based on project objectives and applicable regulations
Stability testing: we evaluate the physical and chemical stability of the product over time, checking its consistency, appearance, pH and delivery
Efficacy testing: we carry out tests to verify the performance of the formulation, from its cosmetic effect to its technical functionality
Clinical safety testing: we collaborate with accredited laboratories to guarantee product safety through patch tests, dermatological tests and dedicated checks

Bulk preparation and filling

Thanks to modern production lines and dedicated quality controls, Everton manages the entire bulk preparation process — liquids, gels, pastes or powders — right up to filling in traditional aerosols and Bag-On-Valve containers.

Each batch is monitored using rigorous protocols to guarantee the safety, traceability and uniformity of the final product, ensuring efficiency even with diversified production.
